  • How long does delivery take once I place my order?
    Once payment has been received, garments without decoration are dispatched between 5 - 7 days depending on garment availability.
    If you want your garments decorated this usually takes between 7 - 10 working days. In some cases, depending on our printing or embroidery back log, orders can take up to 10 - 15 working days. If this is the case, you will be alerted to any delays.

  • How much does embroidery or screen printing cost?
    To make sure we give you the most competitive price, please provide as much information as possible. Due to massive variations in design size and complexity, colours used and garment quantities price can vary accordingly.

    When seeking a quote for embroidery please provide details such as :
    - How many and which garments required
    - Copy of logo and sizing
    - Garment position
    We embroider a minimum of 6 garments but the larger the quantity, the cheaper the cost

    When seeking a quote for screen printing please provide details such as :
    - How many and which garments required
    - Colour of garment
    - Size of the design and where you want it printed
    - How many colours in your design

We dont screen print less than 10 garments. The more you print the cheaper it is per item, with larger quantities significantly cheaper than smaller runs. The cost of screen printing is mainly based on how many colours in your design and quantity printed at one time. Every colour printed on your shirt requires a screen. The more screens the more the setup and print cost.

  • We will dispatch goods when full payment has been received.
  • Payment can be made by :
    Direct deposit into our bank account,
    Cheque - goods dispatched when cheque has cleared,
    Credit card - 3% credit card fee applies - Amex and Diners card not accepted

However, sometimes there may be instances where some of the information on our website may contain unintentional errors. We have attempted to display product colours as accurately as we could on our website. However, different monitors can display colours differently. We cannot guarantee your monitor will display any colour accurately. If colour is crucial, please visit one of our stores or order a sample.

Please remember different brands make different sizes. All garment weights and measurements are approximated for your guidance. If sizing is critical please visit one of our stores or order a sample.


RETURN & EXCHANGES

  • A full refund or exchange will be offered on any faulty item.

  • We do not offer a refund on incorrectly chosen, unwanted gifts or where you "change your mind"
    PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.

  • All claims for exchange or return must be made by email.
    If approved you will be given a return authority to return the items.
  • We will exchange items if you have chosen the incorrect size only if :

- Item is in orginal condition with packaging, swing tag and re-saleable
- All postage is cover by purchaser (we recommend Registered Post)
- The item is currently in stock and not a clearance item
- Claim is made within 7 days from date of delivery

- Items embroidered or printed cannot be returned for exchange

  • If any order is found to be incorrect as a result of an error by Master Workwear, goods will be re-supplied and any extra freight will be covered by us.
